Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery within the contiguous United States takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time from order confirmation to delivery is approximately 4–7 business days (1–2 business days handling + 3–5 business days transit).

Shipping Cost

Free shipping applies to all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase amount is required.

Carrier Partners

We work with a variety of reputable carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Carriers are selected on a per-order basis and may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other trusted logistics providers. Carrier selection does not affect delivery timelines or shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes available within 24–48 hours after shipment.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 business days at info@venusetflleurs.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Delays due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for refund unless the package is confirmed lost by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@venusetflleurs.com. Address changes requested after an order has been shipped cannot be guaranteed.
