Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition
  • Products must be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
  • Return reason must be due to product quality issues (defective, damaged upon arrival, wrong item received, or other quality-related concerns)

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
  • Items that have been used or altered from their original condition
  • Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked at time of purchase)

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@venusetflleurs.com with your order number and a description of the quality issue. Please include clear photos of the product showing the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization number (RMA) along with return instructions if the return is approved.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include your order number, and ship to the return address provided.

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping is free for eligible quality-related returns. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label once your return request is approved.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee is applied to any return.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect the product and process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Delivery Time

After your refund is processed, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Items returned with obvious signs of use that affect the product’s value
  • Items missing parts or accessories not due to our error
  • Items returned beyond the 30-day window (return may be accepted at our discretion with partial refund)
